Last year we had a mama robin try to nest in this place behind our garage on an unused shelter for a dog run. She was unfortunately not successful last year. Not sure what happened, but she sat the nest for a while and then left and had no hatchlings. This is a spot we frequently walk past, so hopefully that won’t disturb her too much. I took these photos while she was away and before she was done laying. She’s now sitting on the nest and so we’ll see what happens in a week and a half or so.
