Coonhounds can bark 100 times a minute. That’s a fun fact I heard John Hurley share on a dog show once and that I feel in my bones. In this otherwise calming bird video, Tilda barks 23 times in 30 seconds by my count. She’s definitely off pace here, and this is NOT her most frantic barking. This bark, by the way, is her letting squirrels know that she has her eye on them and even though she cannot get to where they are, she sees them.
